Can I track my order online?

You can track the progress of your order from the ‘My Orders’ section of your account. Your order will show as ‘In Progress’ in your online order history until the wines are dispatched for delivery. When your wines are dispatched we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to our carrier’s website to allow you to track your order through to delivery.

Delivery is available to different states on different days in accordance with our ‘Shipping Timetable’
