How do I manage my wine club shipments?


To manage your quarterly wine club case preferences (including shipping address), please log in and go to My Wine Clubs and click Manage My Wine Clubs.

Here, you’ll be able to preview the wines in your upcoming shipment, make changes to the type of case you will receive (e.g. change from a mixed selection to all-Reds) and see your estimated shipment initiation date. Please note, this is the date your wines leave our warehouse, not your estimated delivery date.

The week prior to delivery, we will email you with further package tracking information. (Due to state regulations, residents of Michigan and Indiana will receive their wine shipments direct from a licensed retailer and not via third-party courier. Therefore, tracking information is unavailable.)
